Unable to Scan my Driver’s License

If you’re having issues scanning your ID, here are a few tips we have found most helpful when taking a picture of your ID:

  • Use a dark or black background.

  • Be sure ID is within the frame.

  • Be sure that the photo is well-lit but there is also no glare from overhead lights.
